In this day and age when shows that had their hay days back in the 1970′s are becoming reborn to a whole new audience. We have to ask if certain shows are worthy enough to get this treatment. Joining the ranks with such reboots as Battlestar Galactica, V, and even the four iterations of Star Trek, comes Space 2099.
Space 2099 is a reimagining of the 1970′s TV show Space 1999. Bringing some of our younger readers up to speed the original was a story about the people that inhabited Moonbase Alpha. Earth’s scientific research station that was located on the moon. After a nuclear explosion on the far side of the Moon causing the now stranded inhabitants to speed of onto a journey into space, discovering new worlds and often times dangerous encounters.
